Downtown lane closures and detours from September 13 to 23, 2024




Road Closures and Detours Update:


  1. September 13: Inglewood Night Market: 10 Ave and 10 St S.E. closed from 9 Ave to 11 St S.E.

  2. July 15 – October 31: 4 Ave Flyover reduced to a single lane.

  3. September 15 – 19: Elbow Drive (26 Ave S.W.) between 4 and 5 ST S.W. full road closure.

  4. July 29 – October 31: Sunnyside Flood Barrier – eastbound Memorial Dr closed between 9 St N.W. and Centre St. with two-way traffic on the north side westbound lanes.

  5. August 5 – September 29: 1 Ave N.E. eastbound closed between 7a and 8a St NE.

  6. September 13 – September 16: 6 Ave S.W. three right lanes closed between 5 and 6 St S.W.

  7. August 6 – September 30: 9 Ave S.W. two right lanes closed between 7 and 9 St S.W. 

  8. July 22 – November: 3 Ave S.E. at 1 St S.W. two-way traffic set up on eastbound lanes. 

  9. August 6 – November 30: 1 St S.W. northbound lanes closed between 10 and 11 Ave S.W. Two-way traffic will be in place on the southbound lanes. 

  10. July 31 – October 4: 1 St S.W. right lane closure at 7 Ave S.W. (24/7).

  11. September 9 – September 27: 3 St S.E. will have two-way traffic between 6 and 7 Ave S.E. 

  12. October 1 – 4: Centre St S reduced to two-way traffic between 6 and 7 Ave.

  13. September 4 – 13: 5 Ave S.W. three centre lanes closed between 3 and 1 St S.W.

  14. September 4 – 13: 6 Ave S.W. two south lanes closed between 2 and 3 St S.W. 

  15. September 13 – 16: 2 St S.W. and 5 Ave S.W. weekend intersection closure.

  16. September 16 – 19: 4 Ave South at Centre St S two right lanes closed daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

  17. September 12 – 13: 9 Ave S.W. at 3 St S.W. two right lanes closed between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
